"I never had to make a claim, so I cannot speak to that part of the experience. However, I did switch to a different provider because State Farm has been constantly dishing out the cold calls/texts lately. It became so annoying that I got a quote from a different company at half the cost for the same coverage. If you continuously pester people about their insurance, they just might look closely at the numbers and realize they're getting a unfavorable deal."
